The original survey had the wrong park names, which was very confusing.
Those that did the survey were not informed of the results in time to make objections.
The proposal has several errors where it claims the Jackson Landing Parks were always on leash when in fact they were the property of Lend Lease who used them to advertise the pet friendly nature of this development. Lend Lease events were held off leash.
Common law may apply here.
When you look at the results of the survey 60/40 against the off leach when you consider there are less than 5% dog owners means that there is an overwhelming support from the community for off leash parks. Those that know statistics should elaborate.
